Car Crash Comedy is the bit where comedians come to The Opie and Anthony Show and give it their all. The bit is they get three car crashes, which sound off after one of their jokes bombs. On the third crash, they leave the stage in shame. If they make it through the duration of 2 minutes without bombing, they make it to the finals, where a decision is made (either through audience applause or a judgment by the show crew) on who is the winner(s).

In the past, the prize had been a spot on Opie and Anthony's Traveling Virus Comedy Tour. O&A also did Car Crash Comedy to get contestants for Last Comic Standing.
